147.04 MEETINGS; OFFICERS; ATTENDANCE.

The Board shall meet not less than monthly, at a time and place to be announced in advance. The Board shall organize by electing from its membership a President, Vice President, and Secretary. If any members shall fail to attend at least eighty percent (80%) of all Board meetings in any calendar year, this fact shall be reported to Council, who may remove said member in its discretion.
