(a) EMS Department employees working a minimum of 188 hours per year shall be entitled to a uniform allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00). If an employee works in excess of 376 hours, then they will be entitled to an additional one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) The purpose of said clothing allowance is to assist eligible employees in purchasing all items of clothing which are usually and customarily worn when performing their duties on the Barnesville Emergency Medical Services.
