(a) A special fund, to be known as the Emergency Medical Services Fund (B7), is hereby created for Federal and State Grants, donations and such other funds as may be obtained by the Municipality for use or the purchase and operation of the vehicles and to do all things necessary, proper and incident to providing emergency medical services defined by Ohio R.C. 4731.83(E).
(b) The fees to be charged for emergency medical services shall be established and controlled by Council. (Ord. 3250. Passed 3-29-06.)
(c) All fees shall be paid to the Fiscal Officer. All charges shall be billed by the Emergency Squad.

(d) The custody of all records and other documents pertaining to the emergency medical services and the ownership of vehicles shall be kept by the Fiscal Officer.
