(a) Established. There is hereby created the position of Dog Warden - Parking Meter Repairman - Custodian.
(b) Duties. The duties of such position shall be to act as Village Dog Warden, to repair parking meters, and to perform custodial duties at the Municipal Building, all under the direction and control of the Chief of Police. (Ord. 1572. Passed 5-4-81.)
(c) Compensation. The compensation for such duties shall be as provided by Council, payable in equal biweekly installments. Such compensation shall be paid one-half from the Dog Warden Fund and one-half from the Land and Building Fund.

(d) Appointment; Tenure. The Mayor, subject to confirmation by Council, shall appoint the person to fill such position. He or she shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
