139.08 FIRE FEES.

Any time the Fire Department is called to extinguish a fire, the individual who owns the property or who makes the call shall be charged a fee of between two hundred dollars ($200.00) and five hundred dollars ($500.00). The amount of said fee shall be determined by the Fire Chief.
