139.04 DUTIES OF ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF; SALARY.

(a) The Assistant Fire Chief shall, in the absence of the Fire Chief, perform all functions and exercise all of the authority of the Fire Chief. (Ord. 541. Passed 5-25-43.)

(b) The Assistant Fire Chief shall be paid an annual salary of one thousand one hundred ninety-six dollars ($1,196.00), payable in equal bi-weekly installments.
