The Municipal Fire Department shall consist of a Fire Chief, and Assistant Fire Chief and not more than forty volunteer firemen. They shall perform all duties required to extinguish fires in or outside the Municipality as has been or may be provided by ordinance, the Ohio Revised Code, the State Fire Marshall or the rules and regulations of the Municipal Fire Department.
