(a) All buildings, structures, signage and site elements within the Historic District shall be maintained in good repair, structurally sound, and reasonably protected against decay and deterioration to the extent that they shall not pose a threat to public health, safety and welfare.
(b) Any properties who fail to comply with those standards as determined by the Architectural Board of Review shall be given written notice to correct the deficient
conditions. If not corrected within a reasonable period of time, they shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dolllars ($100.00). Each day of the violation shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 1875. Passed 2-1-93.)
