All interest earned on investments shall be allocated and paid into the General Fund except for the interest earned from the investment of the following funds which shall be allocated as specified:
(a) Water Fund investment to be deposited to the Water Fund.
(b) Cemetery Endowment Fund investment to be deposited to the Cemetery Fund.
(c) Guarantee Water Deposit Fund investment to be deposited to the Water Fund.
(d) Proceeds of the sale of bonds, notes and the like as required by Ohio R.C. 5705.10.
