133.02 ASSISTANT FISCAL OFFICER.

(b) The duties of the Assistant Fiscal Officer shall be to assist the Fiscal Officer in the performance of the duties of that office under the supervision and direction of the Fiscal Officer. (Ord. 1560. Passed 12-18-80.)
