Any person or entity who, having failed to request a hearing as provided for in Section 1341.10, or who, after such hearing, fails to comply with any notice or order issued pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), imprisonment for not more than thirty days, or both. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 3077. Passed 1-2-01.)
