In cases where it reasonably appears, upon investigation, that there is immediate danger to the life or safety of any person unless a dangerous building or structure, as defined in Section 1341.01, is immediately repaired or demolished, the Fire Chief shall cause the immediate repair and demolition of such dangerous building or structure. The cost of such emergency repair or demolition of such dangerous building or structure shall be collected in the same manner as provided in Section 1341.05.
