For the purpose of procuring a permit every person, firm or corporation desiring to erect, enlarge or remodel any building or structure within the Municipal corporate limits shall submit to Council, upon a form furnished by Council, an application, which shall contain a description of the building or other structure proposed to be built, en1arged or remodeled; the dimensions thereof; the materials to be used therein; the kind of roof to be placed thereon; a description and location of the land or lot upon which the building or structure is to be placed; the distance of such property from the building or structure; and the estimated cost thereof.
