(a) Application for registration shall be made to the Village Clerk on forms provided therefor.
(1) All registrations shall expire on December 31 of the year in which they are in force. Renewal of registration may be commenced thirty days prior to the expiration date. For renewal of registration, the final application date shall be January 31 within the year that the registration is to be renewed.
(b) Upon the approval of the application for registration and before a certificate is issued the following shall apply:
Initial fee $25.00
Annual renewal fee $25.00
