1315.01 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

All persons, firms, corporations, partnerships or any combination thereof, engaged as a contractor as hereinafter defined shall be required to register for all trades engaged within the Village before performing any work within such Village and shall be subject to all provisions of this chapter.
