945.07 PROCEEDS OF LOT SALES.
   The proceeds of sales of lots since acquisition, and in the future, at Crestview Cemetery shall be allocated as follows:
   40% thereof to perpetual care,
   60% thereof to the Cemetery Fund for general purposes.
