There shall be created on the books of the Clerk-Treasurer a Cemetery Fund into which shall be paid all revenue received from the sale of lots or burial privileges, the opening and closing of graves and charges for services in accordance with regulations hereafter adopted, contributions for upkeep of individual burial lots other than for perpetual care, income from funds deposited and invested for perpetual care and all taxes and other revenue appropriated for cemetery purposes. All disbursements for cemetery purposes, including compensation of the caretaker and additional labor when required, shall be paid from such Fund.
