941.02 BOATING ON PARK LAKE REGULATED.
   (a)    No person shall operate any boat on the Barnesville Memorial Park Lake with any type of a motor other than one electrically powered.
   (b)    No person shall permit or allow a boat to be left unattended on the surface or banks of the lake. (Ord. 1305. Passed 5-15-73.)
