929.01 VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO REGULATE, COUNCIL TO SET RATES.

The Village Administrator shall have the control and management of the Municipal sanitary sewer system. The Village Administrator shall have the power to adopt such rules and regulations as he may deem proper for the control and management of the system. The rates to be charged users of the system shall be determined by Council.
