(a) The Village Administrator shall prepare plans, specifications and a cost estimate for construction and repair of sidewalks, curbs and gutters, under Ohio R.C. 729.01.
(b) Whenever Council requests such plans, specifications and cost estimate, they will be prepared within a reasonable time by the Village Administrator in accordance with suggested specifications as Council may from time to time approve by motion and file with the Village Administrator.
(c) No sidewalk shall be constructed which is less than four feet in width, is not made of concrete or does not meet the specification proposed by the Village Administrator.
