(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Regarding §§ 55.15 through 55.22, but specifically § 55.22, following a written notification, the project site owner has five business days to correct the deficiency. In the event the deficiency is not corrected within this period, a fine of $250 per deficiency may be assessed against the project site owner, and each day the violation exists shall constitute a separate violation.
(C) Following a written notice of violation (as described in § 55.64(B) during construction, the property owner has five business days to correct the deficiency. In the event the deficiency is not corrected within this period, a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $500 per deficiency shall be assessed to the property owner, and each day the violation exists shall constitute a separate violation. The town may also suspend or revoke a building permit for noncompliance with §§ 55.60 through 55.64.
