§ 36.25 OPEN BURNING.

(A) No person shall cause the open burning of leaves, brush, construction materials, or other debris without specific authorization from the Chief of the Bardstown Fire Department or his appointed designee(s).

(B) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined any sum not exceeding $200.
