§ 36.20 CHIEF TO HAVE POWER AND PRIVILEGE OF POLICEMEN.
   For the purposes of this chapter and in furtherance of his duties, the Fire Chief is hereby granted and clothed with all power and privileges of a regular policeman under statutes of Kentucky and the city ordinances.
