§ 36.19 CHIEF AND DEPUTY CHIEF TO REPORT THEIR ABSENCE.

The Chief or Deputy Chief shall not leave the city for extended periods of time without reporting to the Mayor. During such absences a competent officer shall be notified and left in charge of the Department.
