(A) The comprehensive plan as amended and revised by the Joint City-County Planning Commission, reference to which is hereby made as though the full text were set forth herein word for word, is hereby adopted and approved as the present comprehensive plan for the city and the same is the comprehensive plan for the county and the cities therein in the entirety.
(B) The full text of the original comprehensive plan together with all amendments and revisions thereto as proposed and recommended by the Joint City-County Planning Commission, is filed with the office of the Planning Commission at its location in the Courthouse Annex Building, and is also to be filed in the County Clerk’s office.
