(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to stand in the street or highway right-of-way within the city limits of the city for the purpose of soliciting or collecting funds, or selling any product or service to passing motorists.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), nor more then five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each separate occurrence or each day such violation is committed shall constitute a separate offense.
