§ 110.07 DAILY REPORTS.
   Every pawnbroker in the city shall, by 11:00 a.m. of each day, make available to the chief of police of the city a full, true and correct written or electronic report of all goods received by him, whether by pawn or purchase, during the 24 hours preceding each report; the report shall describe the goods as accurately as practicable. Providing or filing incomplete, false or materially inaccurate reports shall be considered a violation of this section. The chief of police shall determine the format and manner of submittal for the report required by this section.
