§ 96.11 DAMAGING CURBING, PAVEMENT OR SIDEWALK UNLAWFUL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to dig, break, displace, damage, or injure in any manner any pavement, curbing, sidewalk or any other portion of the city's right-of-way. The city shall notify any violator of any such violations and shall require corrective action.
   (B)   Whoever shall dig, break, displace, damage or injure any curbing, pavement, sidewalk or any other portion of the right-of-way shall replace the same according to city specifications within 21 days after damage has occurred unless such time should be extended by the city in writing. If proper repairs are not made, the city may repair or contract to repair and the violator shall be responsible for the costs incurred by the city for such repair.
   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates or fails to comply with any of this section shall be subject to penalties listed in § 96.99 and in addition shall pay all costs and expenses involved in the case.
