§ 96.09 INSTALLATION OF GAS, OIL PUMPS A NUISANCE.

No person shall install or operate or cause to be installed or operated any gasoline any gasoline or oil pump upon the streets or sidewalks of the city, and any such pumps so located are hereby declared to be nuisances and unlawful.
