§ 91.06 SKIING.
   (A)   No person shall engage in water skiing, unless two persons of age of 16 years or more are in the boat towing such skier.
   (B)   Skiers shall wear life jackets of a type approved by the U.S. Coast Guard, and must abide by all laws and regulations concerning water skiing.
   (C)   A person shall not water ski or tow a person water skiing within 2,000 feet fo the dam, or in waters posted or marked as no skiing, wake speed only, or restricted area.
   (D)   Water skiing is permitted only between 10:00 a.m. and sunset.
