(A) The following sections of this chapter shall govern the use of a lake containing approximately 200 acres located about two miles west of the city known as "Sympson Lake", which is under the control of the city. They shall also govern the use of the land surrounding the lake that is owned by the city.
(B) Boating and fishing on Sympson Lake is also governed by Kentucky Revised Statutes and Kentucky Administrative Regulations, including KRS Ch. 235 and 301 KAR 6:030.
