§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   Each act or omission which is prohibited or declared unlawful in this code of ordinances, and no penalty is otherwise provided, the offense shall be deemed a violation and the offender shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($250.00) for each offense.
