All components of Bardstown Cable Television including, but not limited to, all connecting wires, cables, converters, related equipment, and apparatus installed and provided by the CATV Department used in installing cable television service to a subscriber shall be and always remain the property of the city. The application for service signed by each subscriber shall contain an acknowledgment of ownership of the property to the city upon the termination of the subscriber’s cable television service, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, due to nonpayment of the subscriber’s obligations hereunder or failure to comply with this chapter and the rules and regulations of the CATV Department.
