§ 50.09 COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL REGULATIONS.

The city undertakes to comply with all lawful regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) codified in Subpart C of 18 CFR Part 292 dealing with arrangements with qualifying congeneration and small power production facilities under Section 210 of the "Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act" of 1978 (PURPA).
