(A) The Director of Finance is authorized to establish a fund to be known as the “Law Enforcement Trust Fund”, such fund to be used for the purposes specified in division (B) below.
(B) The Fund shall be expended only to pay the costs of:
(1) Protracted or complex investigations or prosecutions;
(2) Reasonable technical training or expertise;
(3) Matching funds to obtain federal grants to aid law enforcement; and
(4) Such other law enforcement purposes that legislative authority determines to be appropriate.
