(A) All reports, records, photographs and fingerprints taken pursuant to this chapter shall be private records of the Police Division, open to inspection only by city police officers or persons having official duties to perform in connection therewith. No person having access to such records shall disclose to anyone else, other than in the regular discharge of his or her duties, any information contained therein.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
