(A) No person required by any provision of this chapter to furnish any report or information shall fail, neglect or refuse to make such report or to furnish any such information, photograph or fingerprints, or fail, neglect or refuse to render or furnish the same within the time prescribed by this chapter, or fail, neglect or refuse to furnish to the Police Division, within such time, any information, photograph or fingerprints required to be furnished by this chapter, or to furnish any false, untrue or misleading information on or make a statement relating to any information required by this chapter.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
