§ 1446.01 FIRST FIRE DISTRICT.
   The First Fire District of the city is hereby established and described as follows: beginning at a point on Lot 54 of Kenmore Allotment, which point is the N. E. corner of the corporate limits of Barberton. Thence westerly on the north corporation line to the center of Mud Run; thence southerly on the center of Mud Run to a point on the N.E. line of Lot 31 of Barberton Realty Co. Allotment and the southerly line of Fairmount Avenue; thence northwesterly to the N.W. corner of such Lot 31; thence in a generally southwesterly direction on the rear lines of the lots fronting on Wooster Road, N. to the northeasterly line of W. State Street; thence southwesterly to the north corner of Lot 290 of A.A. Moore’s North Barberton Allotment; thence southwesterly on the rear lines of the lots fronting on Wooster Road, N. to the north corner of Lot 305 of such allotment and the S.W. line of Portage Street; thence northwesterly to the north corner of Lot 301 of such allotment; thence southwesterly and westerly on the southerly lines of Lots 301, 299, 298 and 297 of such allotment to a point on the east line of Summit Avenue; thence southerly on the easterly lines of Summit Avenue and Burt Street to the west corner of Lot 27 of the McNamara and Swigart allotment; thence southwesterly along an alley paralleling Wooster Road, N. and its extension to the west corner of Lot 2 of such allotment; thence southwesterly to the north corner of Lot 2 of the John McNamara Allotment; thence southwesterly on the rear lines of Lots 2, 3 and 4 of such allotment to the west corner of such Lot 4; thence southerly to the easterly corner of Lot 12 of the John McNamara allotment and the southwesterly line of Mack Street; thence southwesterly along the southwesterly lines of Lots 12, 11 and 10 of such allotment and the northwesterly lines of Lots 519, 518, 517 and 516 of the Barberton Heights allotment to the east line of Orchard Avenue; thence south along Orchard Avenue to the S.W. corner of such Lot 516; thence southwesterly on the northwesterly line of Wooster Road to the easterly corner of Portage Park; thence southwesterly to the east line of Lot 201 of the Pittsburg Valve & Fitting Co. allotment at a point 10.35 feet north of its S.E. corner; thence south to the northeast corner of Lot 205 of such allotment; thence south-westerly on the rear lines of the lots fronting on Wooster Road, N. to the northeasterly line of Erie Street; thence southeasterly along Erie Street to the northwest line of Wooster Road, N.; thence southwesterly on the northwest line of Wooster Road to the southerly right-of- way line of the Erie Railroad; thence southwesterly along such railroad line to the northeasterly line of Lot 137 of the Van Hyning Heirs Addition; thence southeasterly to the easterly corner of such Lot 137; thence southwesterly along the rear lines of the lots fronting on Wooster Road and westerly on the south line of Irish Alley, and such line extended to Third Street; thence south along Third Street to the south line of Park Avenue; thence west along the south line of Park Avenue to the N.W. corner of Lot 1124 of Barberton Sub. B; thence south to the S.W. corner of Lot 1138 of such allotment; thence southwesterly to the N. E. corner of Lot 1 of the A.D. E. corner of a lot now or formerly owned by A.A. Basler, such corner being 130.24 feet north of the north line of Wooster Road; thence west 120 feet to the N.W. corner of such lot; thence south approximately 140 feet to the N. E. corner of a lot now or formerly owned by J.W. and A. G. Schriber; thence southeasterly along the east line of such lot 60 feet to the northerly line of Wooster Road, W.; thence southwesterly across Wooster Road to a point on the southerly line of Wooster Road which point is the N.W. corner of a lot now or formerly owned by V.W. and M.M. Slaybaugh; thence southeasterly along the westerly line of such lot approximately 88 feet to the S.W. corner of such lot; thence easterly on the south line of such lot to the west line of Thirty-first Street, S.W.; thence southeasterly across Thirty-first Street to the S.W. corner of a lot now or formerly owned by A.D. Shaw, et al; thence easterly on the south line of such lot extended to the east line of such lot; thence northerly to the S.E. corner of a lot now or formerly owned by S. and M. Hanic; thence northeasterly along the rear lines of the lots fronting on Wooster Road, W. and approximately 132 feet from the southerly line of such street to Twenty-ninth Street, S.W.; thence northeasterly on the rear lines of the lots fronting on Wooster Road to a point in the center of Hudson Road 159.10 feet southeasterly from the centerline of Wooster Road; thence easterly approximately 400 feet to the southwest corner of a lot now or formerly owned by S.J. E. corner of such lot; thence northerly across Springfield Road to the S.W. corner of Lot 364 of the Barberton Realty Co. First Addition; thence northeasterly on the rear lines of the lots fronting on Wooster Road N. to the southwesterly line of Norwood Street; thence southeasterly to a point 150 feet at right angles from the S.E. line of Wooster Road, N.; thence northeasterly parallel with Wooster Road to intersect the northeasterly line of Coventry Road; thence northeasterly on the northwest line of Coventry Road to intersect the southeast line of Wooster Road; thence easterly across Coventry Road to the angle point in Dolly Court; thence easterly along Dolly Court to the east corporation line of Barberton; thence northerly on such corporation line to the place of beginning.
