§ 1442.04 REIMBURSEMENT FOR COST OF EXAMINATION OF PLANS.
   (A)   The applicant for a building permit who requests approval of plans for a structure that is governed by the Ohio Building Code shall reimburse the city for the total cost of the examination of the plans.
   (B)   There shall be a deposit of $30 paid when plans are presented for examination and approval.
   (C)   If the fee charged for the examination exceeds the deposit fee for examination, the applicant shall pay the additional amount at the time the building permit is issued along with all lawful charges for such permit as provided by ordinances. Unused deposit money may be applied to the cost of the building permit or refunded to the applicant.
