§ 1442.02 REGISTERED ENGINEER OR LICENSED ARCHITECT.

There shall be a registered professional engineer or a licensed architect in the Division of Building Inspection who, under the direction of the Building Commissioner, shall approve design, loads, stresses, strength, stability and other requirements involving technical analysis. The registered professional engineer or the licensed architect shall be paid from funds appropriated to the Division for that purpose.
