§ 1442.01 ASSISTANT BUILDING COMMISSIONER.

There shall be an Assistant Building Commissioner in the Division of Building Inspection who, under the direction of the Building Commissioner, shall perform such duties as may be necessary under this Building Code and related codes and ordinances of the city. He or she shall be selected by a competitive civil service examination.
