A decision of the Review Committee denying, suspending or revoking a registration or any decision adversely affecting a registrant or others may be appealed to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals in the same manner as the decision of the Building Commissioner as provided in § R-107, Right of Appeal, of The Residential Building Code of Ohio, as adopted in § 1402.01 of this code of ordinances.
