Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted, by and for the city, the Ohio Building Code, Ohio Mechanical Code and Ohio Plumbing Code being particularly the 2017 editions thereof, including all referenced standards, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Commerce, and as published in Divisions 4101:1 through 4104:5, and all subsequent relevant sections, of the Ohio Administrative Code, save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
