(A) Officials. The Director of Parks and Recreation, employees of the Parks and Recreation Commission and city law enforcement officers shall, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Ejectment. The Director, any employee of the Parks and Recreation Commission and any city law enforcement officer shall have authority to eject from the park any person acting in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
(C) Seizure of property. The Director and any employee of the Parks and Recreation Commission shall have the authority to seize and temporarily hold any property, thing or device in the park used in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
