CHAPTER 1064: METRO REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY
Editor’s note:
   Ord. 74-1972, passed 4-24-1972, authorized the creation of a regional transit authority with the Cities of Akron and Cuyahoga Falls and provided for its administration by a Board of Trustees.
    Ord. 74-1972 has been amended by the following ordinances: Ord. 8-1973, passed 1-15-1973; Ord. 119-1990, passed 6-25-1990; and Ord. 4-1991, passed 1-28-1991.
   There are no sections in Ch. 1064. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross-references and any future legislation.
