§ 1068.04 SANITATION.
   Except by the authority of public officers having charge of a park:
   (A)   Pollution of waters. No person shall throw, discharge or otherwise place or cause to be placed in the waters of any pond, lake, stream, bay or other body of water in or adjacent to any park or any tributary stream, storm sewer or drain flowing into such waters, any substance, matter or thing, liquid or solid, which will or may result in the pollution of such waters;
   (B)   Refuse and trash. No person shall bring into a park or dump, deposit or leave in a park any bottle, broken glass, ashes, paper, box, can, dirt, rubbish, waste, garbage, refuse or trash. No such refuse or trash shall be left anywhere on the grounds of any park, but shall be placed in the proper receptacles where these are provided. Where receptacles are not provided, all rubbish or waste shall be carried away from the park by the person responsible for its presence; and
   (C)   Dogs in swimming areas prohibited. No person, being the owner or person in control of a dog, whether such dog is in leash or not, shall allow such dog to come within 500 feet of any beach or wading pool located in any of the city parks.
