§ 1068.03 PETS AT LAKE ANNA PARK.
   (A)   No person being the owner of or having the custody or control of any pet, as defined in division (B) below, shall cause or allow said pet to be within Lake Anna Park or on the sidewalks and tree lawns surrounding said Park.
   (B)   As used herein, the term PET is defined as any domesticated animal kept for pleasure rather than utility. The term PET shall include, but not be limited to, dogs, cats, horses, goats, domesticated fowl, sheep, rabbits and monkeys. The term PET, as used herein, shall not include guide dogs for the blind.
