For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BICYCLE. A vehicle as defined in § 402.04 of the Traffic Code.
DIRECTOR. The Director of Parks and Recreation appointed by the Parks and Recreation Commission pursuant to § 6.03(b) of the City Charter.
PARK. A park, reservation, playground, beach, recreation center or any other area in the city, owned or used by the city and devoted to active or passive recreation.
VEHICLE. Any conveyance, whether motor-powered, animal-drawn or self-propelled and includes any trailer in tow, of any size, and ski-equipped snowmobile, but does not include baby carriages or vehicles in the service of the Parks and Recreation Commission.
