Any person subject to an industrial or construction activity storm water pollution plan (SWP3) or erosion control permit (ECP) permit and/or NPDES storm water discharge permit shall comply with all provisions of such permit. Proof of compliance with said permit may be required in a form acceptable to the city’s Storm Water Management Utility prior to the allowing of discharges to the municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4).
