§ 1040.04 SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND.

(A) There is hereby created a fund to be known as the “Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund”.

(B) All payments provided by § 1040.03 of this chapter shall be paid into the Fund and shall be used for the construction, extension and repair of sanitary sewers exclusively.
